ERP Staffing Solutions, Ltd. was founded in 2002 by Larry Butler, a CPA with a successful history of CFO leadership in publicly traded and privately held middle market companies. With over 25 years of financial, operations, and consulting experience in IT staffing, SAP consulting, leisure industry, real estate, and financial services industries, Larry brings to his clients a broad based and diverse background with a financial and client side perspective. His experience includes designing and building financial and IS organizations for national companies, and managing HR, staffing, and recruiting initiatives for both private and public companies.
Highlights of Larry's career include serving as CFO and a member of the four-person start-up management team that launched Fidelity Brokerage of Boston in the securities business; Staff Senior with the international CPA Firm of Deloitte & Touche where he specialized in banking, REIT’s, and Securities Firms; start-up CFO for a NASDAQ Golf Company – Senior Tour Players Development; CFO for a privately owned resort operator & developer, timeshare and condominium developer, and design/builder of athletic facilities for colleges, universities, and professional sports teams; and CFO for a Massachusetts IT staffing firm specializing in documentation, technical writing, and training. Before launching ERP Staffing Solutions in 2002, Larry was Executive Vice President and CFO for North and South America for Plaut International Management Consulting, a publicly traded global SAP Implementation and SAP Basis outsourcing and hosting firm (Frankfurt Stock Exchange).
Larry holds a B.S.B.A Degree with an Accounting Major, and is a Massachusetts CPA. He is a US Army veteran, having served with US Army Intelligence in the Far East as an Intelligence Analyst and Japanese Interpreter. He is a graduate of the US Army Intelligence School in Baltimore, MD, and the Defense Foreign Language Institute in Monterey, CA.
